As a regular patient at this practice, I found this to be one of the best, however over the last few years, my opinion has changed, I have been swore to on the phone by staff, I am constantly refused medications that have already been AUTHORISED By My Spinal Consultant, The phones ring for up to 20 minutes without being answered and then they don't want to help you. The standard of service and care that I receive from this practice is Absolutely Disgusting.
I had a very good experience today I managed to get an appointment this morning for my daughter after phoning at 8am which I was very happy about. Dr Malik was very thorough with my daughter making sure she was given the right treatment to make her better. I couldn’t thank Holbrooks health team enough!
I had a fantastic experience with GP Miss Emily.She is incredibly kind, patient, and professional. She listened carefully to my concerns and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.
