I’m not here to complain about the veterinary services. I’m here to complain about one individuals unprofessional way of handling my appointment. I called the day prior to set an appointment, which I did showed up to the appointment was told that I wasn’t on the schedule so I’d have to be fit in. Then I was informed that before they would fit me in for an appointment (I had scheduled the day prior )I would have to pay an outstanding balance from NINE YEARS ago before they would see my cat. Arianna is a great vet tech she made sure our emergency was addressed and the Dr. is very knowledgeable in her practice. Trust your beloved pet here at this office!
Always so accommodating with schedules, courteous and friendly people who truly care for animals. Such a clean and well kept store/dog wash. We're very fortunate to have this here
