These people were genuinely concerned for our pet. We were lucky enough to get a cancelled slot and the Dr. was successful in correctly treating Arizona back to a healthy cat. Thank you. We would come back.
I’m not here to complain about the veterinary services. I’m here to complain about one individuals unprofessional way of handling my appointment. I called the day prior to set an appointment, which I did showed up to the appointment was told that I wasn’t on the schedule so I’d have to be fit in. Then I was informed that before they would fit me in for an appointment (I had scheduled the day prior )I would have to pay an outstanding balance from NINE YEARS ago before they would see my cat.
