Hard to get timely appointments related to limited hours. Most customers seem to be drop-ins. Charges on the higher side. Chairs are truly uncomfortable but functional. No private "grief" room to say good-bye to your pet. Some staff are borderline distant attitudinally to customers and pets although competent.
