I love use to work at holbrook in sugar hill tell one day I went in to early and chef and the cook told me to get some food they had some greens and Mac so this lady name Robin and Stacy so Stacy is the one that sit in her office and look at the camera so she call Robin in her office and told to her to look so Robin seen me in the kitchen getting some food so Robin came in the break room yelling saying she was going to take $16.50 out of our check when the food was going in the trash then Robin came into the shift change roo... read more

Holbrook-sugar Hill is a beautiful facility The move to assisted living was an easy transition with the helpful and friendly staff took a minute for my mom to get settled, but she is loving living there now I would highly recommend Holbrook

I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff of Holbrook. My mother lived here for almost a year before she passed and during her time there had some health challenges. Her kind caregivers (a special shout out to CeCe, Kiya and Bella) showed great compassion as she navigated those last few weeks. The facilities are beautiful, and everyone there from the director to the sweet ladies at the front desk knew my mother and worked to make her time there special. All of the staff at Holbrook are so warm and friendly! They really make an effort to ensure all of their residents enjoy living there. My mom has been there for 9 months and truly thinks of all of the staff as her extended family. She has made new friends and she enjoys going on the field trips to special events. The facility is very clean and always welcoming with seasonal decor. Whenever there is a problem or concern, the staff make every effort to make adjustments and correct the problem. Excellent!!! We are very happy with the service. Our parent is happy and safe. Enjoying the food and many activities. We are updated constantly by staff. I cannot be happier with the kindness and dedication of the staff.
