Incapable of having orders ready to be shipped. Leave with incomplete orders everyday. Terrible customer service since Elgin Fastener Group took over. Update: Shipping has been able to get orders ready on time, but if drivers arrive before scheduled pickup time, shipping will NOT load the truck. The product will sit on the dock until pickup time then they will begin loading truck. Doesn't matter if it's 1 skid or 3 skids, shipping would rather hold the truck rather than load it and allow the driver to leave.
