You now call a answering service , stay on hold for 6-28 minutes, you leave a message with the service to give to your doctor. If you are fortunate, you will get a return call the same day. The doctors and staff are caring & professional!! I’d give them 10 stars!
Are these reviewers kidding? It’s almost impossible to actually see the doctor and his nurse practitioner was belligerent, uncommunicative, and openly hostile. The staff was also uncommunicative and acted annoyed because I told them their phone message said they were closed while they were open. Maybe I was treated differently from their usual patients because I’m Hispanic. Extremely bad experience.
Dr.Dan is THE MAN!! I have been seeing him for 10+ years and he is hands down the best PC out there, period!! The staff is amazing, always courteous and helpful..... special shout-out to Alyssa and Jess for always going above and beyond! Thank you for all you do!!
