Don't do business here. No courtesy phone calls, dont do their required things when a mortgage switches to new provider just want their commission but no help.
Horrible racist people that work here. Chris Callihan is Shady and never reported my auto claim to the insurance carrier after he was made aware of my car accident. It took 3 months to find out he never sent the claim in. Ignored my phone calls and voice-mails. I had to report the claim myself and do his job. Great service! Friendly agents! Al is the best he has been my insurance guy for many year now and he has been soooo beyond helpful to me. He always makes sure everything is in order and if there is any issue as little as it can be he always keeps me in the loop!
