We must not have maintenance here. Called twice got answering service both times. Wanted light bulb put in fridge & light put in bathroom nobody called or showed up.home all day. Have live there have for yrs. Apt aren't bad no programs for us parking. Grounds aren't bad waiting list.cant use grills anymore. No housing authority can.they do parking lot during storms & walkways & stairs.. Have 2 clean own car if u have one. We
Not sure how they received any good reviews. When I tell you they do the absolute bare minimum, I am not exaggerating! Nobody ever is in office and nobody answers the phones. They hired a third party receptionist that doesn’t even have any idea about anything either. It’s horrible customer service. I sent paperwork in for my grandma and still no updates I am So concerned. They really should be reported to the state because I’m confused what are they getting paid for?

Nice small community visited for ice cream social
Unfortunately I’m working with a family whom is in shelter and received a denial letter 6-8 wks ago since then we have send a request for appeal, called and left tons of messages, emailed the director all with no response! The last 4 wks we have gone in person twice a week 9-330pm and no one is in the office!?!? The only signs of life is the maintenance answering service who contacts someone before hanging up and states that I am calling again, it’s far from ok to treat any family like this never mind one who is homeless!
