My furnace was not working last weekend. I called twice to request for emergency service. The operator was very pleasant. The office manager explained to me the price for house call is $219.00 plus additional expenses if the technician discovered the diagnostic. I have been a customer at Holbrook since 2012. This is the first year that the staff at Holbrook was very rude in explaining the emergency call. The temperature dropped to -0.00 which is code Blue according to NYS Dept of of Emergency. Had my furnace die on me in the middle of winter and called Holbrook. They could not have been better, had a tech out within a couple hours who knew what was wrong in 5 mins and that my furnace was a goner. Within 3 days they had me set up with a new furnace at a very reasonable price compared to the other estimates I received. The techs that installed were very helpful and knowledgeable and did a great job. Great work and customer service.

My experience following a troubled installation has not been satisfactory. The company is concerned first for their bottom line without concern for the difficulty the owner of a system they installed is experiencing. The office graciously offers to have a manager call back but this never happens. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
