had a very disappointing experience with this business. I was given incorrect information, treated rudely by staff, and when I tried to address the issue, management was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. There was no accountability or effort to resolve the problem. Customer service like this is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this business to others. FIND ANOTHER AUTO PARTS STORE TO SHOP

I live in West Virginia and had a hard time finding a part for my 2009 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. Not only did Holbrook have the part, the customer service was the BEST!! Specifically * Nate* he was AMAZING and so helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this business.
They guys at the counter were great. Didn’t have to wait long to recieve taillight housing.received part in good shape and clean.
