I needed a new taillight and all three members of the staff were super helpful and knowledgeable. They were friendly while I waited (which was brief) and got me a good deal on something I truly needed. Also being a woman didn’t make me feel intimidated or like I didn’t know what I was doing. I would highly recommend this business.
Friendly and quick Quality Parts
been a customer here for years. Until a recent visit where long story short. guy hands me card reader to pay for parts other employee there basically asked him "how would you know, if he didn't steal the card to pay." I'm like Wow 😲 in front of your customers. folks are bold these days, folks are disrespectful. of course always indirectly!! chatty patty's😆 you ain't got to trust me. Cool but you're not gonna make me out to be something that I'm not. All my blessings, hard work & talents are God Given
A great fast friendly service
Its rare that a yard has my vehicle in it, and i was willing to drive far to get parts for it. I reached out to holbrook auto parts to inquire about the piece i needed for my vehicle. Nathan was able to identify exactly what i needed, and followed up with pictures of where he was going to cut the vehicle. He insisted i came out to the yard and see it in person before they cut where it was marked.
