Carmen and her team are fantastic and the tortillas they make are so delicious. Choose from flour, corn or spinach and they even make salsa. Nothing has preservatives. Just wholesome goodness the way nature intended.
Great small place in Nevada City! Visited August 16th..see receipt. This place is located on Zion Street (next to the Ham Stand). This is not a restaurant - take out only. They have delicious tamales and organic tortillas. I ordered the chicken Verde tamale to go. You can have it heated up or bring it home to heat later. I like that they are servicing the schools with their organic tortillas! They also have some products such as mole available. Nice little place with almost half a pound (each) tamales for sale! ALWAYS the best! We are lucky to have HOLA in our community, and hear now that they are providing tortillas for our schools, so our community kids are getting top quality tortillas also!!
Fresh tortillas!! It can be so hard to find homemade tortillas. I am grateful for this place.
Salt is a good condiment which wasn’t present. The red salsa is good though. 3/10
