a little bizarre that the cups changed half way through the season… the flower cups are now only for the biggest size. Don’t think we will be back to this location.
I ordered the largest 9 inch snow cone and paid 10 bucks and it was the same size, if not smaller than the smallest size. I’m super disappointed, this was me and my best friends summer tradition. It is now ruined. Freeak hokulia
We always enjoy a visit to Hokulia. Been going since they first opened up in Provo across from BYU. Used to get shave ice in Utah while visiting as a kid. Then it seemingly disappeared and you could only get imitations! So when Hokulia came around, it was a great thing. Love it with the ice cream. Here's our latest trip!
We got the short board. Too big for the cup. Chunks of it kept falling off the sides. Probably lost half of the ice. They have a good variety of flavors, just the way it's scooped it sits on top of the cup and not in the cup and is quite top heavy. Once it starts to melt it goes down into the cup. There were three of us and we were served one at a time, so we were partially done by the time the next person got theirs. Flavor was good and I like the texture opposed to average snow cone. Probably won't go back though
