What kind of place doesn’t accept cash.
TLDR: Hot Garbage Smells, Sticky Tables, Trash Everywhere We love Hokulia but this place is filthy. It smells like hot garbage as soon as you get within a foot of the shack. All of the tables and benches are sticky, it’s impossible to enjoy your snow cone anywhere near the shack because of the bees eating all the melted ice and the garbage smells. I recommend finding a different hokulia for your shaved iced cravings.
Service was great and the employees did their best! We walked up and ordered right away without anything being said that there was a long wait - we wait 1 hour to get 2 shaved ice. The teenagers working just could not keep up and were taking so many orders. I think the owners need to be more involved, especially on a busy weekend night.
Poor customer service. Boy cashier was very rude to myself and kids. Do not recommend it!
