I don’t think they’ve ever tried to eat their own product. The cups are ridiculous and they pack the ice way too tall and lopsided, it’s a complete mess to eat. Ice and syrup dripped all over my hands when the girl handed it to me. And then with every spoonful of ice, it was falling off all over the place. Not only that, I just returned form Hawaii, and this is nothing like authentic Hawaiian shave ice. This ice is way too chunky, not super fine like it is on the islands. My teeth hurt. Never coming back here.

This is the best shaved ice in the area. I've been to many and this one has the best flavors with the biggest sizes for the best prices. If you need a refreshing treat for you or your kids, come here!!

One person on shift and only his 2nd day on the job, poor kid! With only 4 snow cones before our group it took 45 minutes to get a snow cone. When the snow cone came the “peach” was absolutely horrible and not even edible to anyone in our group of 8! This is not a well managed location!
