Best sushi I ever had
I've eaten at many of the Capital District's sushi restaurants and Asian Bistros and Hokkaido is by far my favorite in Albany. I used to work nearby and would get lunch or dinner there at least once a week. The food is always fresh and their many different rolls, which are my favorite, are fresh, plump and always great-tasting and fun to eat and are always served with a generous portion of wasabi, soy sauce and ginger. One of my go to places for Sushi and highly recommended! The food is always fresh and delicious and when I used to work nearby I would order a few times a week. They also have really good lunch specials and most recently I used them to cater a party and all of the sashimi and sushi was fantastic. A+
