I would leave 0 stars. I was essentially swindled out of about 500 dollars. Dr. Jackson providing unnecessary services to pad the bill. They claimed "pharma" code in a simple saline IV. I recall clearly she said it was ONLY saline solution - and she insisted when I said I did not need it. I also got charged 4x as opposed to 2x for a blood enzyme test (research article claim one test is enough). Both of those charges were disputed on the EOB - yet they demand payment anyway.
