Roxy at the Miami Beach-Lincoln Road location helped me find the perfect shoe for my post-op foot. She was knowledgeable, attentive, patient, and very friendly.
I went to Lincoln Road about a week ago, specifically to visit the HOKA store, and it was an incredible experience. This experience would not have been the same if it hadn't been for Carol, who was the one that helped my mom and me find the right shoes. My mom suffers from plantar fasciitis, so she needs shoes that can accommodate her special insoles. Carol brought out as many shoes as possible to make sure my mom felt comfortable walking in them. She is an amazing human being and provided us with excellent customer service.... read more
