Bought Arahi 8 in December/25 shoes didn't last more than 5 months and has a rip after I take the pictures send it to customer service they're telling me it's a normal wear and tear. HOKA has a 1-year warranty on their shoes. The shoes meant to be for workout walking and other activities what would it be good for if a person can do any of those activities. I absolutely loved my experience at this Hoka store! One of the challenges I usually run into when shopping for Hoka shoes is that many stores only carry a limited selection of styles and colors. This location was different. They had a great variety to choose from, which made it much easier to find exactly what I was looking for. Bought Bondi Slip resistant for work. Blisters from heel. Eventually plastic poked through heel making it worse. Online reviews say same problems and another co-worker mentioned the same issue. I sent info to Hoka for warranty. Do not purchase Hoka shoes for $200 dollars and have to work so hard for a product they know has defect. Hoka/Deckers brand denied warranty saying normal wear and tear. You can review others with same problems under Deckers and hoka reviews.
