I wish I wouldnt get 20 reminders and notifications via SMS but some actual care and information that mattered. I said during the visit "my eyes seem dry in NYC since I moved from Europe"...no answer/reaction. I downloaded the app from NYU and asked a question about what the only two results from my blood test that weren't in the norm meant (my dad died from cancer), the reply I got was "they are of no clinical signifance"...very useful.

This is not a good doctor, he does not follow up with his patients, he is not committed to comprehensive care , he does not respond to message .
