There are so many wonderful things to say about Hojin. He made me one promise on our first meeting, and that was that he would get my condo sold. He listed it, had a showing scheduled within 24 hours, and an offer in less than a week. His dedication and hard work made this happen. I will definitely use his services again and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
We had a house in Winter Garden, which was listed with him and was sold in Sep. 2025. He was motivated to sell, and conducted some maintenance work during the listing period. However, he put pressure at least two times on the house owners to cut price. There was a Small font request in the seller costs section of the offer: " Sellers provide 3.5% of sale price to buyer to cover closing costs" The sentence was in extreme smaller font, and to cover closing cost seems insignificant and misleading.
