I called to get an EV rental while my car is in repair by insurance and to check if they are reliable enought to deal with my insurance, since the insurance covers the rental cost. But the only person "who deals with rentals" was out running errands. Not exactly the place you want the manage anything tied to your insurance when everything gets delayed just because one person is responsible for rentals.
