He barely answered my questions and talked down to me. After I expressed that my pain was keeping me bedridden he called me dramatic and dismissed me. He also tried to blame it on anxiety.
Very dismissive and unprofessional behavior after 5+ appointments with no answers provided for patient. This included an MRI as well. The patient was told they are too anxious, and it was dramatic to be bedridden. Patient will be finding a new ENT doctor due to this mistreatment and waste of time.
Great service, i personally went because my ear was clogged and I had called for availability and they were able to take me in the next day. I did not have insurance but the price was reasonable to pay out of pocket. Dick Hoistad MD helped me he was very understanding and clean my ears with little to no pain.
He is a great doctor!
