EDITED: after reading the other reviews, seems this shop likes to steal from its customers and has absolutely no clue how to treat her customers. She needs to be shut down. Should be zero rating. Used florist in Iowa to order basket for my husband. Pictures will explain better. I called Hoisington Floral & the woman that answered was not friendly at all. I would give this place negative reviews if I could. The owner- Loretta Finger- was rude, disrespectful, and should not be in business. She yelled at me over the phone and made rude remarks that should NEVER be made to a customer. My boyfriend ordered flowers through a company she said she is partnered with and claims “she never got the order”. I retract the previous 5 stars designated. Today when I called for what should be a relatively easy request - a copy of the invoice - was not to be had or even thought about. The woman at the other end became the troll under the bridge when I asked for the invoice, giving date, party and where it was given. This woman obviously had somebody get her out of the wrong side of the bed. Suggesting courtesy would be lost on her. Reviews obviously not her thing either, I'm sure. If I could give zero stars I would! I ordered a beautiful flower arrangement through Teleflora! Hoisington floral received that order. I wish I could attach pictures. I paid almost $100 and my friend got a $10 arrangement that looked like it was from Walmart you buy and arrange! Oh and the lady hung up on me when I called! Umm looks like that’s her MO!! Not going to let her get away with this!!! Making complaints to Teleflora and will continue to contact the shop till something is done!!!

I have never had customer service as poor as this. I called for a receipt and the lady was beyond rude. She literally hung up on me and I can promise you I was very nice. Will never order from here again.
