My optometrist retired so I had my first appointment with Dr. Hoh yesterday. His receptionist (who appears to be an optician) was very friendly. Dr. Hoh was extremely patient and thoughtful, took the time to listen to my concerns, and went over my long term goals of therapy with me. My only complaint is that it took much longer than expected for my appointment and to order my lenses, but that's is likely typical due to the shortage of optometrists.

We will never go back again. Incompetent, negligent and uses receptionist to do tests she’s not qualified for. The polish receptionists are both extremely rude and Dr.ho is also rude and socially awkward. I’d give minus 5 stars if I could. Go anywhere but here.
