Seems to be a on going problem. My wife ordered shirts from here it was going to be on short notice but he said he was able to get them done. So we put 100 bucks down and he said he would send us the design. Waited 4 days finally called him and he wouldnt answer only would text! Got him to show me the what he had done and it wasnt what we ordered. We even gave him a pic of what we wanted and still didnt get it rite! I will NEVER do business with Patrick, the owner. My first impression of him was that he was a down to earth kind guy. After dealing with Patrick and his lies after lies, I will take my business some where else. I placed a order for four shirts to be embroider and banner for my company. He first claimed that he would have it done in a week, so I waited a week and half. I called and he claimed that he was sick for one day and was back up with other items. I had great service I had my sons backpack embroidered by Patrick,and he done a terrific job. He is super friendly and a down to earth guy .
