My water pump went out on me at Moorhead around 2:45 pm on a cold Friday. Called a lot of shops and either they can’t help me until Monday, or they ain’t answering the phones. I called this guys and Scott sent Justin to come look at the truck before they got it towed. I was in a day cab, so I was really happy to get in a warm car before the tow truck showed up around 7pm. I've never done business with Hogue, BUT I've been in the industry a long time and I've been employed by most of the big dealerships in town as a diesel tech or service advisor at one point or another. These guys have a great reputation in the industry around here for doing honest quality work at a fair price. As a service advisor at another shop I know for a fact I lost customers to them because they're that good. I have no reservations about referring people to this shop.
