2 staff members and 1 security guard made me and my child feel completely uncomfortable one staff member fussed at me because I was fixing a cup of coffee and my 12 year old son went to the public restroom which is like 5 steps away from the coffee bar and told me I had to stand outside the bathroom door while he was in there because if I didn't that she would be fired and that would be bad parenting on my end then she turned away and as she walked away she bluntly said well when u live for free u have to obey certain rules.... read more

As nice as it seems. They were quite nice for the first two weeks until something broke down that was none of their business. Some stuff I can’t say happened on the other party of family and they stuck their nose in someone on the other side did something very wrong and now recently since that person is no longer there they’ve been treating us very poorly. This place was a God send as financially we would not have been able to stay by the hospital, instead we'd have had to drive over two hours in the middle of the night to make it in for surgery. Upon arriving to a very well lit parking lot in the backyard of Our Lady of the Lake Children's Hospital. The outside looks like a small church. Such a cute building, also well lit up, as we got in about 11 p.m. so far we were super impressed. We were greeted by the security guard, Mr. Adolf.
