I was starting a new case with social security and was waiting on a call from Carrie Today at our scheduled appointment at 11am. When she called at 10:59am, I was in the bathroom with my bowel neuropathy (a severe type of IBS). I called her back at 11:03am and she was already on another call. I understand some people are desperate for “free” up front legal counsel for their Social Security claims, but I’m advising you, please seek help somewhere else. Jennifer Mrozik was unprofessional, unhelpful and awful. Wow! Do not waste your time call these law firm. They waste two hour of my time over the phone as gathering all my information and refusing answer my question until they get all my information. Anyhow I gave them all my information except my SSN as I am listing to them they were only interesting going after your work place / company as they determine if my case going to be a big paid out as they get 25% of your paid from the back paid the time of case started.( That tell me they will drag this baby out long as they can to ge... read more
I'm not satisfied at all they never return phone calls in a timely manner and when you do talk to someone they seem not to have a clue about what you were talking about they are not professional is not personal and is soon as I get a chance I'm firing the firm
