Have not sent my order and don’t respond to emails

I placed an order with HogLights on 20/06/25 and paid $652.50. After that, I received no updates, no calls, and no notification from the supplier. I contacted Nate 6 times, and each time I was met with excuses – he was “too busy,” things were “unprecedented,” and I was repeatedly told the item would ship “next week”… which never happened. I ordered LEDs 2 MONTHS ago, and since then the order status hasn't changed from 'confirmed'! I've sent 10 emails and none of them have been answered!!! Absolutely not recommendable!!! If I don't receive a response soon, I will instruct my lawyer to recover my money!
Nate did a fantastic job on installing a new headlight and T3 switch backs on my bike (RE Bear 650). Initially I called to seek advice on road lights so I could be more visable on the road. He made me feel very comfortable after our first phone call and throughout the purchase and installation process. Well done Nate and thank you.
