AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! Don’t order lights from this business. Placed an order on 30/01/26 and at the time of writing this which is now 05/03/26, still no sign of it. I’ve called 3 times to follow up on my order and it’s always the same reasons, “Mate, I’m running solo, I’ll try and push the order and get it out to you as quick as I can. I ordered parts from Hoglights mid last year for a build I was completing. After months of waiting, I had to email multiple times just to chase the order, with no clear resolution. In the end, I was forced to finish my build without the parts. Since then, I’ve both called and emailed several times requesting a refund, which I still haven’t received. Delays happen — but poor communication and failure to process a refund is unacceptable. Extremely disappointing experience.
I ordered parts on the 4.2.26 and after a few days followed up with an email and phone call. Got the “oh sorry been flat out, no staff will get it out and you will have it next week(14th-16th of Feb) no sign of it so I called again saying I am going away on the 24.2.26, I need them asap. Once again same old excuses and it finally goes out on the 20.2.26 which means I will not see it before I go away. What an absolute legend! I ordered a replacement taillight for my Softail. I rang the next day, and he answered straight away. I told him how quickly I needed it, and the next day it was sent. I received it two days later. It was very much appreciated, thanks again!
Paid for an order and two weeks passed - no information on tracking. No phone call back. No response to emails. Finally get responses once complained / requested refund. PayPal refund transfer failed / cancelled. Escalated to PayPal who have sorted the refund thankfully.
