Have tried to contact but NO ONE answers the phone or calls back as no message can be left!! Even tried emailing and still no response from them regarding parts that HAVEN'T BEEN SENT from over 12 months ago. Even attened the address advertised on there webpage and NO ONE There either.
Update: I successfully initiated a chargeback request with my bank, they did an investigation and Nate tried to claim that international shipping to NZ could take 6 months, despite the fact i selected the priority shipping and paid extra for it. Then he attempted to provide fraudulent tracking details, my bank saw right through it and denied his request for compensation. what an absolute gronk. one month with no contact, no part supplied, and no answer to phone calls. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from Hoglights. My order was received and payment was taken on the 9th of January (7 months ago), but since then I have been unable to get any meaningful response regarding my order or a refund. Multiple emails requesting an update or reimbursement have gone unanswered, and phone calls are not returned. The lack of communication and customer service has been extremely disappointing. Placed an order in April of 2026, have heard nothing since. Have emailed multiple times, called multiple times, and NOTHING. Have since initiated a dispute with my bank, and will be contacting the ACCC about this company.
