Placed an order in April of 2026, have heard nothing since. Have emailed multiple times, called multiple times, and NOTHING. Have since initiated a dispute with my bank, and will be contacting the ACCC about this company.
Don't waste time or money here !! Ordered a headlight July 2025 arrived with the H4 plug wired incorrectly, after fitting had crap on the inside of the lens and fingerprints visible on the led projector, absolute crap quality for a $450 item. Got sent a replacment light and that one did the same thing. Emailed Nate and he told me to send it back and I would recieve a refund, that was Feburary this year it is now mid July and no refund has been received. I am echoing what several people have posted. Made an order over a month ago. Nothing, despite multiple unanswered emails and phone calls. I also requested a refund. Unresolved. Very disappointing as I had a good result a year ago. This business should not be operating if it is knowingly unable to fulfil orders. Fortunately, I used PayPal for the transaction and so was able to get back my money.
Have purchased a L.E.D headlight for a V Rod in February early 2026. Contacted the shop approx 10 days later was advised that the order is slightly delayed. We're in July 2026. Numerous of calls with no one answering the land line also followed up by emails with no response. STAY CLEAR OF THIS SHOP
Absolutely shit house service… been trying for 6 months to get in contact with yous no 1 answers no 1 calls back don’t reply to emails but was happy enough to take the order and cash….
