Shit service 4 months still no sign of my order can get hold of them just bullshit stay away
Made contact to ask if I would be receiving a pair of lights ! Had a very quick responce so I placed the order ! Nearly 2 months later & numerous emails to them with no responce or reply ! I demanded a refund & ignored ! Gonna go out of my way & make a special visit to them now ! It won't be pleasant & that i promise ! No one likes or should accept being ripped off ! See you soon !
I don't normally give bad reviews unless really necessary, here I was lied to for over a month saying next week it will be sent, even saying I'll drop the parcel off to the post office but still nothing, now has stopped answering calls and responding to emails and no refund on purchase, even saying he would - can't be trusted to buy online from the company
DO NOT SHOP HERE, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR ITEMS!!! If you are going to shop here, which I do not recommend at all, make sure you pay with PayPal so when you inevitably don't receive your items you can claim a refund through buyer protection. I paid over $600 for speakers & freight. The speakers never arrived & the proof of delivery that Nate is using is not me. He has never returned a call. 2 days later & still no phone call.
