I ordered an expensive pair of LED indicators for the front of my Harley Davidson Street Glide. I saw that it showed on the Hog Lights Australia website that the item was supposedly in stock so I ordered them. There was a time where I was getting no information and no responses until I finally was contacted by the owner to say the item had to come from the US and was not in stock at all. Ordered parts December 25, gave them Xmas and new year to clear backlog, no shipment in Jan. Called and spoke directly in Feb was told how hard it was for them with staff etc so I agreed to wait. No delivery in March, called again and had to remind them about my order... Got the same "I'm so busy, it's so hard response", and guess what, no products received. Suggest you look elsewhere for supply, this is not a reputable seller, don't expect to receive goods that you purchase.

DO NOT BUY – UNPROFESSIONAL AND NO REFUND PROVIDED I spent a significant amount of money on lights over a month ago and have received nothing. After multiple failed attempts to get an update, I finally spoke to Nate, who admitted they have no stock and no estimated lead time. I requested a refund immediately, which was verbally agreed to on 2nd April. Two weeks later, the refund has still not been processed. I bought a Denali split horn which I had to chase up several times and took about 3 weeks to arrive from Brisbane to the Gold Coast. The horn was faulty and Nate agreed to replace it. I returned it but now 5 weeks later I still have got a replacement horn. He doesn’t answered the phone, reply to email or voice messages it like Hoglights have gone out of business. Ordered 2013 s1000rr headlights on the 7th of January, was promised 2 weeks and itll be delivered, its now been 5 months and ive had to file a refund through paypal because no effort was made to get me the items after spending over 1000$, terrible communication and extremely misleading
