My initial visit was great! Dr. Hoggard and staff were all very professional, efficient and pleasant. All of my questions were answered and I never felt rushed in any way. I was taken in at least ten minutes before my scheduled time and only waited to see Dr. Hoggard maybe five minutes.
She has a sing song voice which she uses to mask her passive aggression but it doesn't. Truly, the weirdest vibe for a doctor to have. She barely listened to me after making me wait 40 mins and then weirdly snapped at me when I slid my mask aside to take a sip of water. I had just got finished explaining that I felt off since my second vaccine, so clearly we were both vaccinated. She's either misinformed or just an angry person. I'm a grown woman. It was weird.
