As has been mentioned before. James Jenkins is the one to avoid. I "Ended up" with him as a pass down when my previous lawyer moved from Olson and Hoggan ... I spent two years and $40,000 just to get nowhere when it comes to trying to get my rightful time with my daughters as a dad.
