Exceptional service and a pleasure to deal with.
Just completed a furnace check/tune-up with Hogg Home Services. I found them on the Trane website as certified installers (my furnace is a Trane). The service process was very informative, outlined what was checked, the design of my system and the portions that would require modification to get the system to code (system build 2005). Chris was informative and low pressure which made the whole process enjoyable. I will be using them in the future for my HVAC needs.
From our very first interaction, Chris from Hogg Home Services was fantastic to deal with. He was quick to respond to messages, always punctual, and very courteous. His estimate was honest and reasonably priced, with zero pressure or attempts to upsell. On installation day, Chris and Ivan arrived promptly and did a fantastic job installing our AC.
