Just Took my van here coss i had Black smoke coming off the exhaust, and some noise coming of the engine, they had my van for 2 weeks and they did some work on the injectors, only to tell me after the work was done that that they couldn’t fix the problem. They charged me over £600 And i still have the black smoke coming out the exhaust and the same problem from before. Better avoid this place.
Would give 0 Paid £1730 for a turbo didn't realise it was reconditioned till I looked at recipte when I got home was never informed it would be reconditioned absolutely fuming, they had the car for just under three weeks constantly told me could not track part they were waiting on! What business doesn't have the ability to track ordered parts. Was told I could come and collect it and take else where which was incentive since it was in parts and in drivable, however I wish I had collected it and taken else where. Got 20 mins ... read more
Very poor service had my sons car booked in for a diagnosis on fault told the car needed 2 new injectors at £800 had the work done after taking the car. after about 10 mile warning light back on took the car back to diagnose again only to be told it needed a new turbo at £1000 when questioned the guy why this fault wasn't picked up on first visit he got quite aggressive and tried turning it round as if it was my fault then had the cheek to ask if I wanted the turbo doing needless to say I won't be going back or recommending ... read more
They know what they are doing, price is a bit on the high side compared with back street garages. But when they can find the problem and others can't it can actually save you money. Would recommend and use again.
