Shows up to my house, super nice and easy to talk to but after he had to take out the old ignition cylinder cuz he couldn't program a new key to it so he'd need to buy a new cylinder and would contact me later that week about pricing, left and never contacted me again, no text or call or anything for a week. Texted him and asked what the deal was and he said he'd call shortly and never did. Honestly I think he broke something and didn't know how to fix it.
Great guy! Does great work! He helped me out tremendously today! He fixed my starter and another issue I had going on and was more than fair on pricing! I will definitely use him again and will highly recommend him to anyone in need!
I took a chance on this guy and will NEVER use him ever again. He shows up to do the job and 45 minutes later says he has to go to get a tool. I had to call him to find that out! He then tells me he has to order the tool and will get back with me when it comes in. A week later I call him and he tells me he has the tool and hasn't forgot about me but had a small emergency that came up. He would contact me later. He never called again. Did an excellent job. Responded to my initial call immediately. Set up a time. Got tied up at first job but notified us he was going to be a few minutes late. DEFINITELY WILL USE HIM AGAIN!!
