I ordered an item which was promoted with free shipping. Order was invoiced and my account debited. Then I received an email later in the day that the shipping wasn’t free and wanted me to pay for it. So I cancelled my order. I don’t do business with outfits that aren’t able to deliver what they promise.
I ordered a direct ship scale through them. They helped me figure out the features and differences and weren't rushed. They knew where the companies shipped their scales from. I ordered a Seca 700 SLK because it seemed to be slightly higher quality than the Healthometer or Detecto scales. It arrived quickly and was exactly what I ordered.
