EDIT: The manager did end up calling me, apologized and seemed sincerely sorry. They also refunded my sandwich which I do appreciate! I’ll will be back but will check my sandwich next time before leaving the store. $32 for a sandwich with no toppings, no sauce, nothing. I ordered a sandwich over the phone and specifically said I wanted lettuce, tomato, and honey mustard. Then I call them after getting home to tell them that the sandwich was made wrong and they didn’t offer to remake it or anything. First the guy kinda argued... read more
Great quality food and staff. They make me feel welcomed and I can tell they love what they do. Grabbed a bag of Herrs chips to go with my sandwich.
Love the food but this time my bagel didn’t really have any cream cheese but everything els smacks even there jumbo sandwiches
