I rented for three months. They came once when i requested them to pick up the portable toilet after it blew over, but never returned after that. I requested a cleaning, and it never happened. The potty was unusable for a month due to it being uncleaned. When I tried to bring this to their attention, I was met with dismissal, which was very rude. Admin on the phone said she told the boys to do it but they didn't and that there isn't much she can do in the office. I will not be using their services again.

Patricia is awesome. Hogans is always on the ball. We will be using them again this year for our seasonal camp site washroom needs. They pumped our trailer for the last couple of years with no issue.

Don't work for Hogan's portable toilets. The bookkeeper Danielle Hogan is lazy and keeping my husband's ROE from him so he can't collect unemployment. Shes been contacted twice now and purposely not sending it in. He's been waiting 2 months for this to be submitted and 2 months without pay. Unless you want to deal with this same thing I wouldn't use their business or deal with them personally.
