First time customer. Very friendly and competent staff. Very quick service. These will be my new go-to guys.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever experienced. Yesterday I went to this place to get my oil changed, no one ever came out to great me. When I started to back away, a man came out but not too me. So I drove back up to him. He was extremely rude, and his attitude gave the impression he didn't want business so I left went to Strickland Brothers in Sherman TX and Caleb was Amazing for the exact same price I was quoted here I don't recommend the Sherman Texas location!!!!!
I’ve been coming here for oil changes since I was a young man. I love the fact that you need no appointment and you’re always seen properly and everything is clean smooth and easy! The people are fantastic and are never hard selling you or up selling you on things that you don’t need. They make the oil change process the way it should be. Seamless!
