The Halloween "Carnival" hosted at this bar was awful. There were no rides and no games so it was not a carnival. It rained so the cancelled the djs, but they didn't play any music over the speakers. The free drink with the ticket was pure fruit punch. False advertisement, will never go back to this bar for their participation in this scam.

Rained out, no entertainment,no refund when the activities cancelled. Out $30 to walk through a bar.

Went there to order to go, we stayed at the hotel next door. Walked in and waited at least 10 min before someone acknowledged us. We ordered to go and the lady told us 15min. So we waited outside and 20 min later we went back in. The lady wasn’t seen for another 30 min. So we waited 50 min. We stood at the counter to check in and no one came to see if we needed help. I've stayed at Bay Harbor Hotel and seen many shows at Beach, but this time was certainly my last. Management has allowed this hotel to take a horrible decline. They don't make a good environment for guest to feel welcomed. I was highly disappointed, and can only hope for them to give it up and shit down that dirty hotel.
