Brian and the guys were exceptional! I had an appointment booked for an emergency vehicle winter tire changeover at another business close by for 8am. Upon arrival they told me they couldn’t (or wouldn’t) do it due to the weight of the vehicle. I called Brian in a panic as we’re at the start of our first winter snowfall. After explaining my situation he said he had no room in the schedule but he’d try to squeeze me in at 1:30 pm recognizing the importance of having a safe ambulance.
