Before when I came there I had to wait a long time for my oil change but it was very fast and quick and I like to confirmation they use on text messaging to make sure you're going to be there and they know that you're going to be there I give it a 10
Needed 4 new tires. I called they told me to come in. Got 4 new tires. They were extremely busy and short staffed but still got me in and taken care of within a couple hours.
I think that all the guys that work here are awesome and work super hard and maybe sometimes understaffed but it’s okay to be human think of how hard it is to ensure these vehicles stay safe on the road and it’s so hard dealing with rust in Maine thanks to all and if u got an oil change sticker with a smiley face well it was me who worked on your vehicle love to service the town I live in!!!!
Extremely frustrating experience, to say the least! We bought new tires for one of our SUVs just a little over a year ago at Hogan Tire and we've recently had problems with them holding air. We had one problematic tire replaced a couple of weeks ago under our warranty and then this past weekend while we were out of town, we started having the exact same problem with another tire not holding air. Came in for 4 tired to be mounted, balanced, and installed. They got me in and out in about 15 minutes and at a great price
