Horrible service, he ripped me off making me pay for a new part, keeping the new part for himself and giving me a used part. He also left me with an oil leak that wasn't there before. Also hard to get a hold of while he has your car for 2 weeks, and tells BS pity party lies to make excuses for it.
This guy sat on my car for over a week without working on it, because he apparently needed the money first. He didn't mention that, and wouldn't answer my texts or calls all week, and wasn't present at the shop during posted hours. Finally I caught him there in person, and he said it was because I didn't pay him up front (which again he did not mention needing) and that he was partially retired anyways. Why take the job then? All in all he had my car for 2 and 1/2 weeks, and he said to had to order parts but once I paid him ... read more
We were on a trip to Maggie Valley when our starter gave out. We had to leave in 48 hours. John diagnosed the problem and handled the repairs quickly, professionally, and kindly. The price was reasonable and he explained how to manage the part’s warranty should anything come up in the future. I really appreciated John’s work. Thanks!
John was incredibly helpful with our car issue. We went to several local mechanics and even some out of town, and all told us that our issue was going to need to be taken to the dealership, which would've costed us $220+. John had us out in under 20 minutes, problem solved, for $85. Would highly recommend.
