We currently rent from Hogan and Herr in the Lititz area and have had the displeasure to deal with Jody for the last 4 years. I've never met a more unprofessional, uncaring person in my life. Everything that happens is a inconvenience for her to help with and she actively goes out of her way not to help. Did I mention we were without a working dryer during the pandemic last year and were given no compensation, no replacement and worst of all no apology!!
