We are very pleased with the service provided by Hogan Excavating, LLC. Steve is friendly and a good listener when we explained what we were wanting for an improved driveway. . We chose the stay mat surface, which has proven to be a good choice for driving up to our log home. He promptly sent an estimate itemizing materials, labor, etc . He showed up on the day he was scheduled and at the designated time. He left our property clean of any debris. We highly recommend Hogan Excavating, LLC.

Stephen Hogan did our home's driveway this week, and I have only praise for him. He responded immediately to our phones, did the work promptly, and was always kind and friendly. In a few hours he did a great job grading our old driveway, putting new gravel and packing it. Thank you, Stephen, for your great work!
I recently had Hogan Excavating do a somewhat challenging job for me. He was asked to fix a water leak at a hydrant with a six foot bury. The difficulty was that the Hydrant was eight feet in under the barn eaves and was also blocked by a load bearing 6 by 6 inch beam. Steve did an amazing job , found and repaired the leak and did a great cleanup after that. I have to say that I have never worked with a more cheerful , capable and knowledgeable contractor and I will certainly call him again when the arises!
I get a minimum of 3 estimates for a project I needed a 450 ft driveway resurfaced that was full of holes mud and rock bones Steve's estimate was the highest but he had all the equipment a do the job properly-a roto mill -a rock grader and a roller the other estimates wanted to dump rocks and spread them with a dozer and done -I now have a driveway that looks like its concrete we renegotiated the price slightly you get what you pay for Steve was respectful, trustful, on time,said he be there in a week and was.will hire him t... read more
