We loved working with Hogan -- we didn't need to worry about any coordination between different contractors for our kitchen renovation. Our PM Doug was a really excellent, reasonable, and respectful communicator. He had our interests in mind all throughout the project and he was a clear advocate us and for the project going well for everyone involved. When challenges came up, he addressed them honestly and was very clear about the issue and why something was happening. We wouldn't hesitate to work with Hogan again!
We had a fantastic experience working with Hogan Construction on our basement remodel. Doug, our project manager, was a total pro. Super communicative, organized, and genuinely respectful of our home and family throughout the entire process. He really went above and beyond to make sure every detail was handled right. WOW was my experience incredible.Sandy is fabulous, so responsive and friendly. Doug is the person who came to the house and learned my desire to change from a screened in porch to a 3 season room. Doug is so courteous, friendly and respectful that it makes this journey fun. For each detail, he offered suggestions/alternatives.
