completely unprofessional, Chris and all his staff.. I fired him a day after one of his employees quit, my calls where not returned and mailed me several bills that did not reflect the payments I made and with several diff. amounts with each bill,, I also recieved in mail copys of our first encounter and with a note pointing out he could basically charge me what ever and when ever, oddly enough what they sent me where originals that I signed and they had added things to docs, that wheren't there when I signed.... 5 thumbs do... read more

Request POA change only. First red flag, after explaining what I needed done, never told me what their steps to do for completion. Second red flag I communicated again there is no other changes needed, and yet I am told they are researching plans and probates. This is when I realized doing more than I requested and not listening to me.I pulled out, collected my documents that I provided.

Attorney Christopher Hogan is rude and very unprofessional. We retained Christopher Hogan as our attorney, to complete what we thought was a simple real estate transaction. A few weeks after meeting with Mr. Hogan, I was advised by another attorney that Hogan and Associates, did not handle our real estate transaction correctly In fact, I was told that the legal advice that Christopher Hogan gave me was inaccurate and unethical. Didn't seem knowledgeable about the situation I was in. I noticed he said a few things that set off some red flags to me as being wrong. I googled him and found he had a 1 star rating in the yellow pages. I discontinued his services and then a month later received a bill that was dated for 2 years prior to meeting with him. The bill was heavily padded with made up dates.

Seemed knowledgeable at our first meeting for my husnabds bankruptcy. Talked me into filing jointly Dalite having no negative debt and near perfect credit. After filing and paying him we could barely get any response to any questions, rarely answered emails or put anything in writing, basically felt like he deserted us after filing BR. Such a rude person. This man is arrogant and not nice at all. I couldn't believe how mean he was. Clearly he's not concerned about first impressions. Take your business elsewhere!

I also had a horrible experience with this law firm. Very poor communication by Chris Hogan, extremely rude staff, inaccurate legal advice...My retainer fee check was cashed almost before I left the office. I was extremely disappointed and would never recommend this law firm in a million years. I also sent Mr. Hogan a letter expressing my concerns with my poor experience. I never received a response.
