They just took care of one of our trucks that had an air leak. They get our drivers rolling quickly everytime. Their prices are fair and competitive. They have always handled any repair we need quickly. We use them anytime we are close by. Friendly as well. We are a repeat customer!
Had driver needing a 5th wheel replaced. Was quoted $900. Told they switched it to $1100. Wanted $1400 flat with labor. Wasn't happy but kept my mouth shut and sent EFS code. Was told I'd be sent receipt by the owner himself. Have texted and called for multiple days and still no receipt. 1st was told he was out on calls. Now nobody responds and voicemail full. Stay away!
I would leave a Zero star for TYLER personally if I could. We brought in a truck and it's completely ruined. This is the second time that I have had TYLER work on my truck and each time it has cost me thousands more than when I originally brought it in. TYLER is the worst mechanic I have ever dealt with.
