Purchased the system and asked a question about blocking and construction screw attachment. It's been 2 weeks with no answer.

Looks fine but my two post kit only came with one anchor plate and after emailing and using the online chat feature the answer I got was contact the hardware store I bought it from over a year ago... It's not their packaged product it's Hoft's. Terrible service.
