Excellent service à la clientèle qui s’harmonise parfaitement avec la qualité de leurs produits. J’ai acheté leurs produits il y a quelques années et j’ai récemment eu un léger problème de peinture. Après avoir contacté le service à la clientèle, j’ai obtenu une réponse rapide et on m’a immédiatement expédié les pièces de rechange, sans hésitation. Je recommande leurs produits sans réserve, et Hoft sera assurément notre choix pour notre prochain projet.
Looks fine but my two post kit only came with one anchor plate and after emailing and using the online chat feature the answer I got was contact the hardware store I bought it from over a year ago... It's not their packaged product it's Hoft's. Terrible service.
