Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients.
