Make sure whatever they quote you for any work that You get it in writing!! They told my husband one price and after work was done I went to pay and it was higher My husband called to talk to them about it and they stated the manager would get back with him,we are still waiting to hear back after calling them several times!! They don't seem to value their customers 😕 Â

I took my ford escape 2019, for an oil change and the mechanics forgot to put the oil cap back. I drive around two hours on the highway before I got home and heard the rattling of the cap. now my engine is all stained with oil, they put me at risk of a fire, i lost oil, and I want compensationÂ
no gimmicks or stereotypical salesman pitches. they didnt burry me with numbers and paperwork. the buying process was simple, easy and to the point. hunter was great during the whole deal and overall did a great job. also need to mention that i was impressed when hunter called the dealership owner on a saturday afternoon and he picked up the call and talked with us for 10 minutes or so. Â
best place around south florida. matt is a great sales person. all were nice and did a great job. thanks bought 2 cars for export without problems.Â

bought a used mustang from tidelands ford everything went great,however mr banks only had one key fob for the vehicle. mr banks the sales manager and jason the sales person assured me they would make sure i would receive it.well lo &behold no key (6) SIX WEEKS LATER NO KEY.have left two messages with BANKS no answer no call back. BEFORE YOU LEAVE WITH YOUR PURCHASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE EVERYTHING THEY DO NOT DO NOT FULLFILL PROMISES MEL CUTRELL FEEL FREE TO REACH OUT 314-537-6100Â
Definitely get everything written and have a copy handy with this company! They told me a price to make a key for my car then I went to pay and the price was 60.00 more!!! Basically nothing they will do about it after talking with them. Â
