good place to deliver, a bit tight backing space, but real good reciever, no spot to park overnight
As a long-time business customer, I’m disappointed that my serious concerns have gone unanswered — even by the owner. I often receive only invoices without proof of payment for in-store purchases, whether paid by credit card or cash. This is unacceptable for a wholesale supplier serving professional business clients.
I have been shopping with Hoflands for 9 years now. From their wonderful sales reps, customer service and front of house cashiers they deliver exceptional service. One time a cashier even went above and beyond to ensure that I got my flowers home after my car broke down in their parking lot. Absolutely saved the day.
