Lovely sales reps, but the accounting department needs interpersonal skills training. I have never been spoken to so poorly. It’s almost like they’re doing my business a favour by selling us flowers. We order, we pay. We aren’t asking for any special treatment. The product can be iffy at times when you have a standing weekly order. Substitutions are made without contact and we end up with things we didn’t order.
