We have been doing business with Hoffland for the past 38 years we’ve seen it go through many changes. Nevertheless, the product always has been top notch. The staff is always warm and welcoming, and what we really enjoy and look forward to on the early morning is the coffee station. As a long-time business customer, I’m disappointed that my serious concerns have gone unanswered — even by the owner. I often receive only invoices without proof of payment for in-store purchases, whether paid by credit card or cash. This is unacceptable for a wholesale supplier serving professional business clients.
